Lonely heart

drac curled up on the bed and slept soundly for the first time in quiet a while.

Ivan's breathing evened out, so quiet it was hard to hear at all.

It seemed like seconds later that drac woke up but it must have been hours.

Ivan kept sleeping, breathing still deathly quiet.

drac dropped out of bed trying not to make too much noise. He went and sat by Ivan's bed watching the boy sleeping.

Ivan shifted, a small smile gracing his lips.

drac reached out and ran a finger through his hair hoping it wouldn't wake him smiling as he did so.

Ivan leaned into the touch but stayed sleeping, his breathing still near-silent.

drac leaned over and smelt Ivan's hair smiling contentedly.

Ivan let out a quiet sigh.

drac looked at the boy for a while and then kissed him softly on the lips.

Ivan blinked blurrily, waking at the touch. He gave a muffled squeak of surprise, still half-asleep.

drac laughed quietly, "Sorry, I couldn't help myself."

Ivan blinked, smiling as he rubbed his eyes. "Mmm...s'ok." he mumbled, sitting up. He grinned. "Is nicer than alarm clock."

drac glanced around, "Speaking of clocks what time is it?" he asked.

Ivan yawned quietly. "No idea."

"Oh well," He kissed Ivan again, "it isn't that important."

"Mmmmm..." Ivan hummed happily, agreeing entirely with the statement.

drac pulled back and bit his lip smiling at the other boy.

Ivan watched with a small bemused smile on his face. "What wrong?"

"Nothing, I just can't believe this ahppened." He said smiling.

Ivan grinned. "I no complaining."

drac kissed him again. "I know." He grinned broadly.

Ivan laughed. "Breakfast?" he suggested, grimacing as he mispronounced another word horribly.

drac's stomach growled at the word, "does that answer your question?"
