Ivan's smile widened. "Is...interested thought." he agreed, wincing at his mispronounciation of 'interested'. "Is no limit, ya?"

"Yeah, it can be anything you want it to be, perfect or terrible. Is that what musics like for you?"

Ivan nodded firmly. "Ya! Is letting all out und forgetting all. Is freedom - can be what you want it." He smiled. "Guess them more like than I think."

"I guess, most people think I'm just weird. music most people can understand but sci-fi. Too many people just think we all spend our time at trek conventions." drac was a bit let down as he thought about his old school. His dad. never again. no one will ever touch them.

Ivan frowned. "Und mine Pa thinking music is all nothing - get me nowhere in life. Pah! We know truth, ya?"

drac smiled at this, "yeah, lifes not worth living if your not doing what you love. Your Pa can do what he likes but in the end it's your choice not his." He nodded to emphasis the point.

Ivan smiled back. "At first I nervous of coming to new country." he admitted. "But is fun." he laughed lightly. "Still missing Russia, though."

"We all miss some stuff." He looked at his feet. It wouldn't be the same thoug if you went back

Ivan leaned forwards to try and look at drac. "Ya true. You okay?"

"Yeah, just thinking about what I left behind." He looked up putting on a smile.

Ivan frowned but nodded, not sure how to phrase his concerns. "Is still there in memoriies." he added, brightening up a little. He tapped his temple gently. "Is still happy times, ya?"

"Ya," said drac before noticing that he was imitating the russians style of speak, "I mean yes. We can still remember people and things we miss." He hoped that Ivan wasn't effended by the imitation.

Ivan grinned. "Sorry. Mine speaking weird, I know." he shrugged and sat back. "You feeling better?"

"Yeah," He said lying back on the bed and looking side ways at ivan, "You?"

He nodded. "Ya." he paused. "Is not bothering you, is it? I sorry mine English not beast." Another pause. "Beast or best?" he mumbled, confused again.

"Best." said drac definatly, "And there's nothing wrong with you. I like your acescent."

Ivan blinked. "Really? Is hard. Peoples no understa-sta-" he frowned. "Peoples no know what I saying some of times."

"I understand you fine. talking is as much about the way you say something and what your doing as you say it as the words." drac thought for a second. "I'm surprised you can understand me. Most people get lost."

Ivan shook his head. "Am fine with most of English. Most get wrong with speaking. You fine."

Well as long as someone can understand me." drac laughed looking at the opposite wall.

Ivan nodded, smiling softly. "Ya... Mine Pa say I speak in language not Russian." he laughed, slightly bitterly. "Crazy old man."

"Most parents are crazy, why else would they have us?" Said drac, happy to have someone to talk to.

Ivan laughed again; lighter this time. "True! But we good crazy."

"Also true. I don't think I can say I've ever met a san person. I think they would be rather odd." drac was happy now smiling and laughing.
